POE Server Issues
I am reposting since my last thread was closed after I was called a 'whiner.' Please let me know where to post complaints and I will happily do so. I don't feel that having an issue is whining. I will reiterate I DON'T, repeat DO NOT, have a problem with you, your rules, your server, your admins, TG itself, its affiliates ad infinitum. I think it's sad that you took my post as an attack on you, it was an opinion, an opinion given in much nicer terms than the reponse it received.
If there is a place to have a "whine" about an incident I have had with an admin, please let me know. Maybe email me? I am registered. Maybe treat me with the respect your rules state you would like people to treat you with.
Again, I like TG and I don't like to have my post closed and told to read the rules. Read the post, hopefully you can read a post that has been closed here, I dunno. OR EMAIL ME. Or call me a whiner.

Re: POE Server Issues
If you have a problem with a specific admin, PM him. Here is a list of admins for each game http://www.tacticalgamer.com/showgroups.php
If you do not remember which admin it was, just PM one of the various admins from whichever game it is.

Ok, so you didn't expect the thread to be closed? Here's what you wrote:
So Bommando did what we always do with such posts. He advised you to look around and find the right avenue for complaints and he closed the thread.

Re: POE Server Issues
The best way to avoid this is to FOLLOW the rules. If you have read the rules, and you don't follow them, then we can only assume that you don't want to be here.
----I left this in because this is the problem I have with you. I do follow the rules. I expect to be kicked by your admins when I react by jumping at a bullet. The admin in question shot me, killed me, warned me, I laughed cause I was dead, etc...
You could have PMed me if you had issue with me closing your thread, but you chose to post it yet again with the same content, completely ignoring the advice you were given.
---sorry about that, I don't know anyone here, don't know who to pm etc...
The reason I am not bringing up the admins name is that I am not here to argue. I was just bringing it to your attention. I don't have anything I am trying to PROVE. You have your rules and I follow them as best I can on your server. I see A LOT A LOT A LOT of petty kicks by your admins, that's all. I am not talking about Auto Admin. I am not talking about people who are quote/unquote, following the rulebook, that is very meticulously typed up by y'all. You take it very seriously, and I understand.
Again, (lemme say again), I am not trying to argue with you. That is why I said I won't be coming back to argue with you. I was pointing it out. I appreciate your time and don't appreciate being treated like crap. I do want to continue playing POE2 on your server. I am following the rules and exercising my ability to type and to post in a forum that allows people to sign up and speak their mind, period.
So cut this post up and tell me I'm being a jerk for merely stating STATING that kicking people because the jump once in a while is lame. BUT, it is against your rules. A little fair balance was all I was saying and I think I have said it plainly and without malice. What I get from you is that I am whining and I need to just follow the rules and I will follow your rules.
Do I have to say I like your server again? Quote that. I've said it 3 fricken times now. I like your server, just be nice. I'll leave ya alone. Didn't mean to bunch the panties into a tizzy.

Re: POE Server Issues
I won't reiterate on what has already been said here but there is one point I have a problem accepting:
Ask ANY of the regulars that actively participate on the forums and see how many of them agree to what you just accused the entire admin team of doing. We don't do petty kicks. 99% of our kicks are valid, the last one percent is due to bugs in the adminprogram where the wrong player get's kicked.I see A LOT A LOT A LOT of petty kicks by your admins, that's all
We have a very low tolerance on rulebreaking on our servers, that includes following commanders orders(or stating why you cannot follow them). That is excactly what makes TG so attractive to mature players all over the world. We(admins) are not a bunch of trolls kicking people for our own gratification. The kicks are done in order to make the server a good place to be for all the players who like playing their games the TG way.
That said, as long as you abide with our rules you and your friends are welcome to play on our servers.Last edited by PanzerHans; 02-28-2007 at 05:21 AM.

Re: POE Server Issues
Yet this is your third post on the topic. I don't think anyone here has their "panties in a tizzy". If you feel the admin who kicked you was in the wrong, PM them. That's how it's done here. I'm sure you can sort out why you were kicked and how to avoid it in the future. It sounds like you were kicked for crackjumping, which is against the rules. So I'm not sure what's petty about that. If you break the rules, you'll probably get kicked.
No one here wants to treat anyone like crap, this is a pretty welcoming community. But we play a very particular style of Battlefield. If that style isn't a good fit for you, you may run into problems. TG tries emphasize teamwork and emulate real combat tactics rather than win at all costs. Look around the site and read some of the material. It will help you a lot if you enjoy the style of play we use here.
Thanks.

Re: POE Server Issues
RedonreD... please send any player or server complaints to any of the admins via PM. If you have an issue with an admin, try to PM them directly first. If that doesn't work, then contact the game officer (Tempus). If your problem is with the game officer, try to talk to him first and then contact Apophis.
The reason threads like these are closed down because it is our standard policy to handle complaints like this via PM and not in the forums.
