KICKED or BANNED? Need an admin? READ THIS!

If you were acting inappropriately and were kicked or banned from our server, please click here to resolve your issue!

If you were following the rules and were kicked anyway, it was very likely due to an "auto-admin script" that runs on our servers. This script will auto-kick players for three reasons:

1. Kicking for not being in a squad
Our server requires all players join a squad within 90 seconds. This applies to both supporting members and non-supporting members alike; both will be kicked if they do not join a squad. This kick operates whatever the server population. If you do not join a squad within 30 seconds, you will begin seeing repeating warnings in the top left of the screen:

After being squadless for 90 seconds, you will be auto-kicked from the server with the following notification:

2. Kicking non-supporting member for joining a "full" server
Two player slots are reserved to allow the script to process joining players. As shown on the server-loading page, our server is FULL at 62/64 players:

When a non-supporting member joins the server when it is full (showing 62/64), they will be "kicked" after fully loading the map, with the following standard message:

(Unfortunately, we can't update that kick message to indicate that the kick was for a supporting member, and not due to your behavior.) When this happens, you should just try re-connecting once the server population drops below 62!

3. Kicking non-supporting member to make room for a Supporting Member
Those who donate to help pay for the servers (Supporting Members) are given priority access over non-Supporting Members. When a SM joins the full server, the auto-admin script kicks the non-SM who has been playing on the server the longest. One player in & one player out, keeping the server population at 62/64, ready for the next supporting member to join. This is fair, as it gives everyone a chance to play and experience our way of gaming.

Note: If you are tired of being kicked from your favorite server and decide to support the community here with a Supporting Membership subscription, be sure to register your BF2 Player ID with TG to never be kicked for a SM again!

If you were not kicked/banned but just need an admin, your best bet is to get on TeamSpeak, and find one in any of the Battlefield subchannels (PR, PoE2, or 2142).

If it's early in the day or you can't find one on TS for some reason, please make a post in the Contact an Admin forum. This semi-private forum is monitored by all BFx admins, and your post will get a prompt response. You will only be able to see threads you have started and will not be able to see other player's threads.

i have a question, i get kick for TK but everytime i try to join the server tell me the same kick msg, i cant join, i was trying to send a PM to the admin with my hash but i cant get my hash, i dont have a copy of BF2 i have a mini image of the game because we cant buy the game in here (i live in venezuela south america).

a clan mate buy the game for me in Norway and tell me the cd key i just download a image of the dvd to play.

i will like to get this ban out because i dont do nothing, this guy come and tell an admin i tk him but i dont do that so he kick me and the kick says 1 min and im still cant connect to the server since yesterday.

my ingame name its [OBC]Perro so i hope u guys can help me with the ban because this is the 1st time someone ban me in the 1000 hours i have playing BF2.

This is the only server i can join with a decent ping (125+) i live in venezuela sorry for the language.

Even if you don't have your hash, please PM an admin to discuss this outside of the public forums. They can get it sorted out.

Hello,
I have played on the Tactical Gamers POE2 v1.7 server since the new patch was released, and first I'd like to say I love how you force players to join squads and obey the chain of command, it adds an ambiance of realistic combat and overall realism to the games already amazing atmosphere. That aside, I have a rather strange dilemma on my hands and I thought it might relate to the Kick/Ban section of this forum. When I go to join your server, since August 10th, My POE2 will shut down after the client data has been verified, completely shut my running game down and not even ask me if I want to exit. I have tried creating a LAN game with great success, and I’ve been able to connect to other Servers on the Internet, so I assumed that I had been banned from your server. If this is true I wish to apologize for any acts that may have lead up to this decision, and wish to implore you to lift the Ban that is on me if it exists. If there is no such ban, please inform me so that I might try other actions to troubleshoot this problem.

Hey CarbonVirus welcome to TG glad you are enjoying our servers. Do yourself as well as the rest of the community a favor and read our rules and SOPs. That will point you in the right direction on how to get the information you are requesting.

There has been a new patch (v1.8) released just today have you updated to the newest version? If not update your POE and try to reconnect. Hope that helps and again welcome to TG

hey guys, i was banned for too many TK's. I am a supporting member and just paid this month.

But I downloaded the hasher and it can't read my CD key. I play with a legit copy of BF2 but i run it from an image because my DVD drive is dead, and i dont know where my cd key is. It happened late last night, we were on a very small server...can anyone help me out here.

if you have played in a ranked server then go to a stats page and look your name up. Your PID will be in the URL

Hey mike, welcome to TG! Please take a moment to carefully re-read the first post. You'll note that posting in the forums is not the proper way to get your issue resolved

I was just reported by... for baserape and kicked!!!! I request admin to review the game- first time I shot him he was like 200 meters from the base and then I downed him when he was coming back from the village!!!! WTF????
I can report anybody like that!!!
Their MIG was constantly over our Airfield, and as far as I can remember I can down anybody who return home, and I never intentionally hit anybody on intake!!!
If ... was down 3 times in a game it does not gives him a right to report me.
