I am not worried about POE2 at TG either.

The new content will definitely bring them back in force! There will always be competition for newer games, but POE2 has some life in it yet. The Dev's have been very hard at work trying to get a release fully tested... it is close (and it should be pretty rock solid)!

I'm extremely confident that all of their effort will be apparent and praised when this thing has passed all of the rigorous testing and tweaking that the team is putting into it. I can't wait to play these new maps with a full server of TGers.

It's not a matter whether POE will come back the real question is for how long. That is the biggest question for the ones who enjoy POE

I confess to spending most of my game time on PR lately, but I do wander back over to PoE from time to time...say when I'm in the mood to have the 5th & 12th kill me in ways I never thought possible

For me, PoE is a very good game, a lot of fun, and any new content that comes out will breathe considerable life back into the server...IMHO. For how long? Unknown, but ultimately all things come to an end so let's enjoy it while we can and take actions to prolong that enjoyment!

Well, vacation and the wait for a new patch probably plays a large part of it...

As soon as I get back from my euro vacation I'll be back on the battlefield...be sure to save me a bullet.....

I stopped playing POE2 as the maps are too dark for me, even with my gammer/brightness adjusted up ingame and in my monitor. most of the maps and all of the inside of the bulidings. in the buildings I can not see anything at all. Some of the insides in PR 0.6 are the same way for me too.
Hopfully the next ver of POE2 will have that issue fixed, if it is due to something game wise. My monitor is just over a year old, EFT920 19 incher crt. vid is the X800 pro 256 MB DDR3 PCI-X

I was all set to join up with TG when I saw there were both "PoE" and "PR" but in my time zone (Euro), the PoE server is always empty. In fact I haven't seen a player on it yet.
I like PR but using tanks is a pain in the arse and that's my thing.

I have no problem finding other full PoE servers in my time zone.
This community is maybe not large enough to support both PoE and PR servers?

POE will be releasing a new build shortly and when that happens the entire POE community will spring back to life. Generally speaking though, we have never had a strong enough euro community to seed it throughout the day. All it takes though is a couple of seeders and people will come to play. As I have had to continue to tell guys in the 5th, be patient, it's coming.

Actually just try and get on TG server and bobies attrack more bodies. Before you know it the server will be full.

Admittedly, most of the 5th and a few other drop-ins from other IHSs were preoccupied with running each off the road in that BattleRacer mod tonight.
