Re: PoE:2 News #105 - Who wants a release date?

I can hardly wait to fire up this new version of POE. Thanks to the developers for all the hard work in getting this out as fast as possible and the testers in making sure it is ready.

Once it is set can the mortar be picked up, moved and reset?

Re: PoE:2 News #105 - Who wants a release date?

Way to go guys! Congrats on all your hard work. I can't wait to get sniped by Project, Knifed by Mantis, shot between the eyes by Santa, and have LuckyShot's squad breathing down my neck every entire game! All joking aside...can't wait to see the new maps...and thanks for spending all the time you did to develop new maps and make this game so much fun...

I cant wait! Mortar spamming is going to be annoying as well as the Tomohawk thing.

Ancient Chinese secret!

And mortar spamming has never been a problem in any BF mod I've ever played that included a mortar kit. It is actually quite a valuable asset if used right, a pocket artillery if you will.

And the Tomahawk reminds me of the cruise missiles in the original Desert Combat/DCX, those were great for raining down death on specific targets :]
