I'm downloading the full 1.8-file now, and I noticed my existing PoE-install was only 1.5 (been a while heh). Can I just install 1.8 over my old version? I'd really like to keep my settings and stuff. :/

(sorry if this isn't the correct thread for silly questions)

I do not believe it changes your BF2 settings in any way. Just remove the old 1.1.5 and install the new 1.8 full since that is what you are downloading.

Oh, it's the settings in PoE2 I'd like to keep, key configuration and such. I'm worried I'll have to redo them all. Well nevermind, it's probably best to install the full version from scratch anyway..

But you dont have to redo key configurations for mods? At least I do not, it is the same for BF2... but it has been a while since I played BF2. lol.

Thats right, the key settings are more BF2 oriented.

The last time I played BF2 was on that ungodly anniversary weekend, horrible time. :P
