Thats what I like to see, its fairly rare though. Tanks and apcs should be escorted through tight city streets, like on ejod. Nice to see drivers will get an equal zoom now too

I do switch teams if the other side has less players, its usually to play against someone then with them though

If your team is winning massively there is often little left to do that is of any significance so switching can be more interesting.
On the other hand if the team is losing terribly and people are dying as they spawn, your'll definetly get alot of switching to the winning side if only so they can actually do something besides look at the respawn timer. USA on ejod would be one example, jabal and oman can become hopeless too and phoenix.

I'll try to dig up the screenshot but 15 mins into a game on Jabal, Mec had capped all bases. USA bleeds but they had 450 tickets left still which is like 50 mins of bleed while sitting on the carrier or dying on the beaches. Players need to be inventive and resourcefull at that point but what happened unsurprisingly is a usa loss 45 mins later, ie. people end up feeling uninvolved & log off or switch

Is there a way to stop the respawn screen quit asking for kit selection, I'd like to switch views between teammates and see what they are doing without being bothered

Re: so long.

When team's are running on "stacked" wins, I'll join and leave...Sure, this will kick a non sm possibly, but at the same time it usually brings one guy from the winning team over if he dies.

Also, if you hop on TS and ask politely you can usually get 1 or 2 guys to switch over.

Re: so long.

It's up to us players to switch teams and make the games even. Or i'm sure the admins will randomly shuffle the players if it's been going on for too many rounds.

I for one get bored when winning in stacked teams, and frustrated when losing. So either way, it's not fun. The close exciting games are what i'm looking for, and that's regardless of any game.

Re: so long.

I dont think they can just shuffle teams anytime they like though but it is a server option to always shuffle teams every new map?
Personally I want that but you have squads of people that want to play together, my general style is freeform so I'd prefer brand new teams every round but I think the concenus is the opposite.

We did the bleed again on jabal yesterday and it seems to be half the time i thought it was, my bad.

Re: so long.

Losing isn't fun at all but still there are the times when it seems the enemy team is just unstoppable and can't miss anything they shoot at. I start thinking maybe I should just quit the game cause I am not playing to good or just continue playing and try to have the best fun I can. After playing for a little while with just the fact of having fun thenI start noticing the team I am on will win one game, then after a short time it will seem like the team I am on is the stacked team and can't miss a target or lose the game even if we all stood back and watched. Just gotta have the notion to have fun and not worry about teams being stacked, it happens but I am sure it is not intentional.

Re: so long.

agree with you msdz.... its all about having fun and not worrying so much about winning or losing.

let the commander worry about that crap.

you dont see tickets or timer on your screen now with teh new HUD, this is intentional. your not supposed to fret over those kinds of things thats the commanders job. do the best you can at the situation you are at, use common sense, dont just rush in blindly, take your time and TRY TO KEEP YOUR WHOLE SQUAD ALIVE.

when i play, even if were losing i have alot of fun if everyone in my squad is staying alive. its no fun to die so its better i think to stay on the side of caution and live than to get a few kills and keep dying over and over.

Re: so long.

Ive often said to my squad we did good even if the team lost, maybe because we kept bridges destroyed or held a flag even when the team could not capture the next to stop the bleed.

I always keep an eye on tickets, etc Strong leadership is rare so I try to look myself what would best help the team. Often the answer is in an engineer kit and helping build or destroy something.

I rate teamwork over squad work tbh, ideally they should be the same I guess
