Is LAT vs infantry in the open now permitted?

Seems fine to me if its not being spammed. Things are due to change in 0.7 anyway apparently

I was still under the impression that any AT can only be used against a static target, and if infantry happens to get in the way, oh well. I dont remember anything about the rulkes changing to LAT being good to go vs infantry in the open.
