Now, let's try some logic:

I love boolean logic.

I would love EA if they would release a SDK to the mod community (ahem - PR - ahem) so that they can start porting now so the community that supports the Battlefield franchise can get their hands on the *good* stuff not long after BF3 hits the shelves.

Call me a dreamer...

Another video, seems to me the gold you have to shoot is a bit like the ammo caches in PR. Add in the destruction, etc and EA nicked all PRs ideas!

To the nay sayers and chronic complainers fear not. BF3 will be every bit as bad as you think even though it will be worlds better than BF2. But this shouldn't discourage you from complaining because I'm certain there will be a whole lot to complain about. And when you find yourself playing BF3 for hour upon hours feel free to gripe and complain about how it sucks and nevermind the hypocrite within you who consistently comes back to the game to play it. Then one day a mod or map pack or new feature will come out for BF3 very much like PR and it will be wholly below your expectations and therefore suck as you play it 3 to 4 hours a day, every day for weeks and months ignoring all but the pressing issues in life. And finally after you have mastered as much as you are able feel free to complain on how boring the game has become and then start complaining about how BF4, if there is one, will be. The continued and cyclical mundane complaint of games will sooth your soul and give you purpose.

No, it's pay for the game, and then buy all the upgraded weapons so you can compete with all the other people swindled into buying the upgraded weapons.

Also, I thought Bad Company was a console only title?

Bad company is console only.

A lot of people are putting a boycott on it because of the weapon unlocks that you'll have to pay for.

However, BC uses Frostbite. PC BF3 is probably going to use Frostbite X or something similar.

Bad Company:

-Not BF3
-Console Only
-Everything is destructible meaning it is literally impossible to defend anything
-Everything wiggles like crazy meaning you get sick
-From the second video, It seems they still have alot of optimization to work on. Whenever the player came close to those guys his game slowed down drastically.
-Overall, Looks cool but, the freaking objectives are like capture gold and stuff.

Fancy looking, 10/10
Funny characters, 9/10
Gameplay, 4/10

The buildings blow up in the same way as PR, some of the walls still stand up. I was hoping they would advance the physics but really its just bf2 polished?

In black the buildings blew up completely I think. I was really impressed by that game on a old ps2, very arcadey though
