Re: PR Dev Journal.
That is muttrah without proper lightmaps. Yes, it's still pretty, but wait until lightmaps are done

It won't matter to me, i have to run without shadows/dynamic lights. So basically, they should just release it right now ^_^.

Re: PR Dev Journal.
Some support standardizing PR settings...
For example, doing away with LOW settings. Everything would have to be Medium or better.
1. Would bring everyone to the same standard of settings, so no disadvantages/advantages caused by settings
2. Would truly reflect the work of the Devs and map makers by playing on higher settings. Not to be rude, but developers want their maps played to the fullest - Not the other way around.
3. It's a 2005 game... In the competitive world of PC gaming you can't expect Developers to keep accommodating to lower-spec PC users. If you want to play high end games, you need a high end rig.
4. It would hopefully narrow the gap between high end and lower end users over the issue of FPS based shader effects (suppression effect in game is based on FPS)
To touch on the map...
The map is very...open ended.it defiantly will be a CO favorite map.

Re: PR Dev Journal.
My computer is good, but Dell+Vista=not very compatible with BF2.
#1 would make the adv/dis.adv. more obvious, because everyones computer is not the perfect box, and since suppression is based on fps, etc.
I would support standardized settings if it mattered, but since the draw distance is ridiculously low on any setting, I don't care.
