The file will be available in flash format on the frontpage, so you can watch it in your browser, but there are some troubles converting, so for those of you who just can't wait, here it is:

In other news...
It's certainly not DEV work, but I have to say this guy's Mk19 Grenade Launcher looks nice I'd love to see it on the Stryker or a HMMWV.

Re: PR Dev Journal.
I actually think it has a chance. If this guy models/skins/codes/imports everything correctly, then all it has to do is go through bug and gameplay testing for any potential tweaking. Read the link, it can't be any more powerful than an APC on HEI rounds (maybe even less effective considering it'll be harder to use if you have to adjust for range).

Re: PR Dev Journal.
I don't think so man. Every time I have seen someone suggests the Mark 19, it gets shot down for being too overpowering.
If it is put in, it would have to be treated like the TOW humvee- Only one or two at a time with a very long spawn time.

Re: PR Dev Journal.
Looks good like alot of the community stuff but same as that ka-50 its a pipe dream till they actually agree it has a place in the mod somewhere
I can see how it might be a repeat of the hat problem except its vehicle based so is slightly less exploitable

Re: PR Dev Journal.
You could decrease splash damage (and ROF slightly). Maybe add a greater deviation to the trajectory?

Re: PR Dev Journal.
MK-19's are not as common as you see on shows like Generation Kill. The fact of the matter is that it's a very pricey weapon - the M2 50 cal is better in the long run for PR. MK-19's would become another asset. The less assets the better - gameplay and innovation are what sets PR apart from other mods. Other mods just release maps and new shiny guns every new release.
Apart from obviously asymetrical maps like Qwai, I can't see a place for it. 1 TOW and 1 MK-19 would mean 2 things possibly:
1. The USMC has a completely overpowering advantage against infantry with an MK-19.
2. The USMC may be a bit boned if they lose their TOW.
The suggestion of any new asset or weapon needs to be carefully considered because for every element added to the game, balancing needs to happen somewhere.

Compared to m203 its got a 10x greater firing distance, fires 40 rounds a minute and fires a slightly larger round.
So I can imagine it being used on ejod from the gas station at west city and wiping the place clean in a minute
Massive damage, fires fast & if it had no direct line of sight needed from a firing arc it would make it similar to mobile artillery in our little game. It would have to be saved for maps like kashan and kashan allready has a problem with too many vehicles vs infantry so what skud said is about right unfortunately :/
