main thing about PR right now and new assets, is its extremely heavy handed towards british and us equipment...

Look at the PLA, what new equipment have they got? and what about the MEC and Insurgents?

So I think youll get alot more positive responses for some OPFOR equipment, because its prety much true - any possible vehicle for US or britain has already been suggested on the PR forums.... BLUFOR dont need any new equipment at this point, its OPFOR that needs it...

Getting rid of all the vanilla assets is what PR is striving for, and v0.85 is looking to take another chunk out of them so that is good news.

Yes. Im sure that a MEC would need to get G3s and MP5s from the black market and not from say Pakistan, Iran or Saudi Arabia which manufacture those with a license from H&K...

Care to explain why and how would they sell G3s and MP5s through the black market to a coalition that theyre most likely allied with? Your entire argument of the H&K weapons in the MEC faction being bought from the black market makes no sense.

T-72's or T-80's would probably be a better fit, I believe the only current operators of the T-90 are Russia and India.

first off, when i first said it, most people understood me as it being in a joking manner and not taking it seriously. Second......the AK-47 is synonymous with the middle east and is the largest produced rifle in the world. However I did also see that 75% of the world’s small arms end up in the hands of criminal gangs and civilians, and this does include H&K rifles.

Anyone know if there are any plans on using other variants of H&K assault rifles or submachine guns?

I realize from fuzzheads post that more assets will be added, I only hope that the realism of the countries Military Budget is also put into perspective.....because it also adds to the realism of the game, and what assets are added etc....
