Not surprising though, but I will reserve some happy surprise in hope the replacement is more 'rugged' next version

Only saw the word version so went and saved a plain text version.
Also if you use code tags instead of quote it will make it less spammy by using a scrollbox if thats what you were trying to avoid

Ok so this Awesome game we play is called Project Reality Rite? Yes! Ok then let’s have it a bit more realistic, in as far as when you join a squad, and you are told by the squad leader the role you will take on, you Keep to that kit, and only you in that squad can get that kit from the squad kit pool, when I was in the British Army, many moons ago, you didn’t have your squad mates saying, Hey can I just have a go on your Javelin No you can’t it costs £52.000 (£80.000) per missile, so if you aint trained, I.e. allocated it in game you shouldn’t use it, that would make it more realistic, it would also make sure that this valuable asset was always in the squad weapons pool, the same with a lot of other kits.
I just feel that we need to be a bit more responsible towards our more valuable kits; some squads I’ve been in will actually instruct soldiers to protect the HAT LAT Ect.

Info:

The system is deployed and ready to fire in less than 30 seconds and the reload time is less than 20 seconds. The missile is mounted on the CLU and the gunner engages the target using the sight on the CLU, by placing a curser box over the image of the target. The gunner locks on the automatic target tracker in the missile by sending a lock-on-before-launch command to the missile. When the system is locked-on, the missile is ready to fire and the gunner does not carry out post launch tracking or missile guidance.

Devs lets please have a lock tone added, also only be able to lock on to metal ( I don’t mean metal helmets) Armour Ect, and for wheeled vehicles.

I would be so happy if you could accommodate in your future plans.

yes but can you deploy that system under 30 seconds while running in a full out sprint, dodging bullets, jumping 2 meters into the air and also climbing a mountain?

one of the PR devs is a certified javelin gunner in the UK army... we have considered adding the javelin in future versions but there is lots of work to be done on it and lots of considerations on how it can be incoporated with its lock-on style of firing while at the same time making it not extremely gamey...

javelin not in the line up for v0.85 but possibly in the future, along with other factions more appropriate Anti Tank systems (were aware the Eryx and Predator are hardly common place weapon systems in the factions depicted)

Whatever happened to the new Eryx animations? They looked pretty much finished in the movie below and I expected them to be in 0.8 tbh. Did something go wrong or did they just have a low priority?

Nah I think its possible that sniper could be gone but the more unlikely part is that engineer would be requestable.

An apc gives kits, so now crewman can get a kit in the field and repair themselves
