Aim for the belt buckle. 1st round hits the lower torso, 2nd round hits high up on the right side of the chest or shoulder and the 3rd and subsequent rounds go skywards. There was a very good reason why the semi/auto selectors on most of the US forces M14s were welded to permanent semi and why the British adopted a semi only version of the FN FAL... The straight line layout of the G3 does allow the gun to return to point of aim quickly during semi auto fire, but you'll only be hurting pigeons if you hold the trigger down on full auto unless you lean right into the recoil... Like this... And not like this... |

The inaccuracy caused by turning the mouse is not nearly as bad as acutally moving. Switching stance also does not count, the HAT also shows that, unless you use those sniper weapons then they are much easier to upset even the ones that are working ok like the mec sniper |

Re: Gun Accuracy
Eh, that's just my light Airsoft loadout. You should see the whole getup when I use my heavy gear with body armor or flak vest and PASGT helmet. Or any number of other patterns I have from Multicam, 3 color desert, Russian blue urban or woodland tiger, German flecktarn and winter camo, and several others I can't recall now. As for the "queer" comment, if you mean strange, it applies since I am definitely a little strange.

Re: Gun Accuracy
The drywall damage in the background is the result of Elwenil's frustration with the new accuracy "improvements" in .7

Re: Gun Accuracy
The hat is a typical "boonie" hat. My ESS goggles make it sit a little higher on my head than normal, so it looks a little odd, especially in this pic. Originally used primarily in jungle environments, but is now used pretty much everywhere and I wear one of mine almost daily. The weapon is my Tokyo Marui SR-16 with a magnesium receiver, Knights Armament M.R.E. rail system w/ full floating barrel, Aimpoint sight, Guarder Full Tune-up Kit, my own custom camouflage paint job, and a lot of other mods. Roughly about $1,200 in the weapon alone.
As for the drywall, I figured it would be easier to replace the entire section in the hall rather than patch it. And I decided to have some fun with it while tearing out the old stuff.

Re: Gun Accuracy
Lol, nah, was a while back. I think the aggression that went into that wall was more girlfriend related. My headphones have taken the brunt of my frustration over 0.7. They have been tossed in the floor more than once over the G3 issues.
