Only reason I voted no. Once this is fixed...yes.

Re: 5 minute delay timer?
I voted yes because that was my only objection. Oh yeah, and remove Hills of Hamyong from the map list. It's so lopsided its not even funny and I've been seeing LOADS of rules violations as a result.

Re: 5 minute delay timer?
I liked it. It really gives you a chance to get all your squad planning done, kits selected and spawn points figured out. Then you still have time to run to the bathroom, fridge, etc to prepare for what could be a two hour match. Plus some players don't connect as fast as others and it gives them more time to get in a squad and talk to the SL and hear the plan. I say we keep it to encourage tactics and planning.

Re: 5 minute delay timer?
I don't care if you set the timer to 45 seconds or 10 minutes you are still going to have the same problems as last night that I seen. To many damn people creating squads and when you join they leave and rejoin just so they aren't SL or squad hopping from one squad to the other. I was getting a kick out of seeing the list jumping around the way it did on a few occassions with so many hoppers. Plus, I am not sure about this but I noticed with the spawn time being 5 minutes the other spawn points had disappeared unless Dirtboy set it up with only the one spawn point?!? Seemed like it took the team about 30 seconds into the game to figure this out and finally start spawning at the one spawn point. Which also a couple of times it was being spawned on by so many people that I had to wait my turn anyway.
Once the temp spawn are fixed then we may have to try it again, as I said, time has no bearing on the squad hopping. That is normal for PR, lol.

Re: 5 minute delay timer?
yea it was really great to be able to plan and have a little break, get drinks or whatever..
yea once the expiring rallypoints is corrected i have no problems keeping it at 5 minutes. it gives you guys some time to shoot the **** too, helping build the community a bit better. get to find out where everyone is from and stuff, is prety neat...

Re: 5 minute delay timer?
I'm assuming this extra long timer has something to do with certain admin players who take longer than usual to load maps?
I think five is a bit too long; was it at two before? Three seems like a good amount for me. But I guess a bit of extra is better all around.
