I have yet to find a microphone or telephone thats not professional grade (like music studio equipment) that picks up my voice as it actually sounds. It's always like 2 octaves higher than it should be over the mic. People from the gaming world that I've met IRL are thrown by it and think i must be using a voice changer onj VOIP/TS half the time. Oh well.

I have noticed that my voice doesn't sound like it does in real life. It always sounds flat, and doesn't have that little bit of bass that makes it sound normal. It is always a bit higher through the mic, and makes me sound younger.
