The girl in the middle is Mrs. Wimp. She doesn't work for the FD. The girl on the right was one of my firefighters when I was a lieutenant. She was absolutely one of the best firefighters I ever had working for me.
We typically have a couple of females on our department and we don't segregate them from the men with different requirements. I have seen many female firefighters that could outwork some of the men. Rescue me was pretty good for the first couple of seasons but last season was kind of lame. Anyway back on topic.

Slurm, I think you are either leting it checkmark the "resize" option, or choosing "thumbnail" as your option.
By the way, if anyone out there uses firefox, one of the best extensions out there is Imagebot. It lets you right click on any pick and upload it to imageshack or photobucket, or you can drag it off your desktop onto firefox, and will auto upload, and it gives you tons of options. Google it!!!!

Just FYI... if you need free webspace for pictures, create an account over at Total Battlefield (Total Gaming Network) and you 'll be able to upload 50 pictures in high res (1900*1200 max)...
