the insurgents should stay with the H&K model, you have to put in perspective for the insurgent/militia side, what you could obtain on the black market/what is easier to smuggle. No sense in having a brand new MP7, you have to stick with what is already mass produced. I like the new additions, i take it they will made available for the new update?

Re: More Kit changes
Actually the G3 is originally a Mauser design that was carried to Spain by Ludwig Vorgrimmler (another former Mauser employee) to be completed by CETME after WWII. CETME (Centre for Technical Studies of Military Equipment) is a Spanish company who began designing rifles after WWII ended. H&K helped with later designs of the G3, but was not the originator of the design. The West German government tested the G3, then known as the CETME Model A (7.62mm), the FN FAL (G1), the SIG SG 510 (G2) and the AR10 (G4). The West German Border Guards at first adopted the G3, but later cancelled the order in 1956 in favor of the FN FAL, but the deal later fell through due to Fabrique Nationale de Herstal's refusal to allow the weapon to be licensed for production in Germany. It wasn't until 1959 that the Bundeswehr decided on the CETME rifle, but also wanted the G3 produced, under license, in Germany. after some quick deals to appease the Dutch company that owned production and sales rights outside of Spain, the G3 was produced by Rheinmetall and H&K in Germany. In 1969 H&K took over full production and later in 1977 the West German government gave production and sales rights to H&K.
So the rifle that H&K is probably most famous for, is actually not even a German rifle, but a Spanish one although it's design began at Mauser, and had been licensed out long before H&K began production.

Re: More Kit changes
Just like the rifle that Russia is famous for is actually modeled from a German World War II gun that was used by the N*Zis. (just hate saying and spelling out that word).
