Words to live by:
"In order to improve a system you raise the bar and then get people to that level. Never lower the bar to appease the status quo." In TG the only way to get better players is to hold that bar up high and then teach people how to get to it. If they don't cooperate then obviously they don't need to be there. I kick people from my squad all the time that refuse to listen or be a team player. I have no issue with it at all. Either work with me or get the hell out.
