My piece of advice to you, if I might give one, would be to learn the ropes and get the hang of things within the welcoming and embracing arms of the Irreg's. A splendid bunch of guys with whom you will have a lot of fun. Trust me on that.

There will always be ways to go once we all know you, and you know us.

Yup the best way is to squad up with the guys you want to play with as much as you can.
