And besides where he was going with it was if the Devs got some money they could purchase the Source Code from EA, therefore they could change anything that is considered "Hard Coded". But, that isn't going to happen.

Yea in theory, along with the million other spam emails clogging up the internet but in general that is hard to do due to the nature of the internet and international law

First rule of suing is always go after the guy with the most money otherwise they will just go bankrupt when you charge them. Which is nobody in this case unless we can blame EA somehow
