Yeah, But i see 2-3 AA per base. It gets annoying when you blow one up, the other 2 light you up...

I don't know about the Vulcan, but the minigun fires 6000 rounds per minute.
That's 100 rounds a sec!

True, now consider that the M134 is usually fed with a 4000 rd belt and you have less then a minute of sustained fire before reloading, lol.

The Blackhawk and Littlebird both have the M134 or similar variant. For those that remember Blackhawk Down, you will remember the Littlebirds doing short strafing runs and then heading back to base to rearm. That's about all you get is one or two short runs before having to return to base.
Similarly, the 30mm cannon on the nose of the A-10 fires at 3900 rpm and only typically carries 1100 rounds.

I mean is that a gau-8/a in your pocket or what! I do hope the devs find a solution, but what would be a weapon used in thi skind of role in RL? we know sandbags + mg won't work. I think a deployable tow could make up a lot. Then you can scare all vehicles off, so that you actually need to commit infantry to kill off a defended bunker. Something I think should be difficult. Another thing that could be fun; a deployable minefield. Let's say the commander can deploy a sheet of 10 mines in one click around the bunker. The whole mines just don't work too well these daysbecause it takes long to deploy enough of them, and they dissappear from the gameworld too fast. Say 5 minutes to deploy about 5 mines, then you die, and 10 minutes later they are gone. That makes it rarely a good time investement.
