Captureable Main Base CPs
All Captureable Mainbase's should be setup to have a very high ticket bleed if the enemy team captures the CP. This stops alot of waiting around for one team to all die off while the team that is capped out cannot spawn. DO NOT set the mainbase to remove tickets upon capture, as this can suddenly make a losing team win if they manage to recapture the main base after it gets neutralized.
This line should be added to all main bases to increase ticket bleed by at least 5 times:

I like that bit. It'd be nice to see a map all about the flags and the bleed they give in greater proportions as you reach the enemy main flag. Like the way insurgency excludes insurgent deaths from the win/loss equation
