I'm taking it ribbons used to be displayed somewhere else other than your signature? As I'm seeing quite a nice Skudly collection at the very bottom of your signature.

Apparently I need to participate in password only nights to have a chance to get recommended. Not many people recommend during pub playing.

i wouldn't say that, all depends on how the squad plays and if someone in your squad on your team notices an amazing job that should be awarded.

Re: Ribbons! We have awarded ribbons!

Honestly, it seems the scrims are the best place to be nominated but that only stands to reason. A scrim is well planned and everything really comes together and lets the teamwork shine.

Re: Ribbons! We have awarded ribbons!

I will say however that it takes a lot more patience to bring a Pub team together to do something than it takes to bring a TG Scrim team together. After all teamwork is "expected and demanded" in a Scrim. Not so much in a Pub game.

Re: Ribbons! We have awarded ribbons!

Also guy's,

C.Os don't forget when you accept the C.O position you assume overall responsibillity, you are the Senior officer on the Battlefield, if you feel a squad or squad member deserves recognition, for their efforts, then merit them for it, by nominating the guys involved, not only will this boost moral, but also, it will make a player feel appreaciated for his efforts and hard work.

Re: Ribbons! We have awarded ribbons!

Warren is a great driver! If he see's trouble which could get an apc or tank killed, he will immediately pull out and move somewhere far away from that trouble. (Which is essentially what will keep you alive) ... also had a good round in BMP-3 today ... however I just used his tactics and my BMP-3 stayed alive the whole round and we won! But really he is a great driver and he won't shout at you if you do something wrong... which is what I get from some people which frustrates me a lot. (YOU know who you are) LOL
