I've only played on a couple of other PR servers but believe me that was enough. There is a good reason people come back here, including the TF21 guys. Sorry for the tone of the earlier post, wasn't menat to come off like that. As I say I have played with halcyon and he's cool.

Np wickens . You are cool yourself, I remember playing with you on a number of occasions.

And yeah, I think in general the PR community loves the TG server. Those that don't.. really don't get what TG is all about. However, on that same token, there are some people who just slap on the TG tag without really reading up on the forums nor the rules, and therefore act shamefully/poorly, giving the TG community a bad rep.

Everyone should play with good sportsmanship in mind.. no bashing, namecalling, elitist remarks, or whining, etc is necessary. The server specifically states "Maturity required".. trashtalking and the like are childish behaviour :/. Even if you don't have TG tags on, you should try to uphold this standard.. it's part of what makes TG a good place to play.

And if you do have TG tags on, the onus is on you even more! Not only do you have to act mature, but you should also straighten up those who are not! It is your community.. don't let others tarnish it! Heck, I don't even have TG tags on and I try to remind people of this.

Wearing TG tags shows others that you are an ambassador of what TG stands for: Tactical Gamplay in a mature environment that fosters teamwork and individual improvement.

Re: Assets: Rules and Respect

I prefer Kashan 16 over Kashan 64 anyday for this reason: as long as there's assets, people will want the assets. No assets, no fighting over assets. And besides, assets never capped a flag. Their only use really is to counter other assets(and occasionally defend infantry from other assets). Boots on the ground > everything else. You may go 40 and 0 in that chopper but you sure didn't cap that flag.
