I think medics should get a mini gun because they sacrifice so much...why not let em have fun before throwing themselves at bullets :P

I could see giving medics more smoke so they can try and get some cover while they go and do their thing. I don't mind being the medic...I am such a bad shot it give me something to do while there is enemy around. I just dont care for the view much. I seem to be face first in someone crotch most of the match. But, when they come out with a "smell" attachment to the headset then I am throwing in the towel.

Aye, I think that dragging fallen comrades to cover would be a good addition. But apparently it's a limit to the BF2 engine.

Medics are hard enough to come by as it is... but I really like the idea of adding actual skill to being a medic...

Alt fire can be used to cycle between medic equipment the way an engi cycles between c4 and the trigger... Med bag, IV, etc...

Better yet, failed attempts at reviving should result in euthanization, cutting your spawn time in half

But seriously, alternate medic abilities is too much for the game. Does the engineer have to repair a tank's treads, then hull, then electronics separately?

I think one of the biggest downfalls of the medic system is the body-stuck-in-an-object problem, even when it's laying on flat, unobstructed ground. Get rid of that and one or two zaps at most would be enough to rez someone or not.

I still want my PSP!

They probably will never add this into the game.. the mod team itself is having some problems with leadership. Before that gets all sorted out, there probably won't be any huge gameplay changes for a while .

I'm starting to like that more and more.

Medic bag / Alt Fire switches to morphine ampules... If you're down the medic can hit you with morph, you see pretty colors and dont have the dead count anymore.. it goes straight to penalty time, which can then be cut in half.

Added bonus, new weapon :P

Yeah, that's why I was trying to tell people it isn't that big of a deal to have .. Only problem is models and animation.

It's just more fun to have extra stuff to use, y'know? It's more immersive this way too.
