Rite guy's this is the HAT... It's only use is on Armoured vehicles...It costs us £60 every time it's fired...So "USE IT FOR WHAT IT WAS MADE FOR"

As you all are well aware a GENTELMANS AGREEMENT is a MATURE way of doing things.

I beg people to stop making threads about the HAT. Enough is enough. It is getting redundant. Please, this topic has been beaten to death and the new rules have made a clear choice.

I know it sucks begin HAT sniped. It's cheap, there's no doubt about that, but the admin staff decided (with good reasons) to allow it simply because the rule caused more problems than it did good, not to mention it was almost entirely unenforceable. Just try to deal with it, and sneak behind the bastard who's lobbing those AT rounds at you, knife him and steal his kit

No; it's completely legit.

Elwenil has very solid reasons for leaving that I strongly sympathize with. Other than testing and some 6th Devil's squadding up, I don't plan on playing for a while.

TG MEMBERS who haven't even read SOPs, rules, or even the primer? Finally it was dealt with, but it pushed me over the edge.

Had a guy lob HAT missile after HAT missile at me last night on Seven Gates. I was in a bunker, killed their sniper, stole his kit and used the bunker as my sniping point. Well, the sniper respawned, picked up HAT and just keep shooting at the hole.

4 rockets later, I still stood, he only suppressed me because of his bad aim. Eventually, I sniped him. He spawned back and lobbed a grenade inside.

So HAT sniping is legal now? Well, it couldn't be helped, I suppose. Won't stop me from playing.

HAT vs Bunker was ALWAYS legal. Bunker busting..

See, this is why the rule was reformed - people didn't know the rules/didn't understand them. (Although it was easy to keep straight.)
