Yeah, Qinling 32 is actually pretty playable. The APCs actually get used for transport, and there are two Merlins/Skycows. People still usually crash the helicopters within five minutes, but at least they get used a lot. Plenty of infantry on it.
Quinling 32 is OK.

I want to see a Quinling round played.... last two times that ive wanted to play on it,the admins have changed the map, or it crashed...

i think im not alone on this, the corrent "starter" map al-kufrah 16 is not that good.
i would preffer old ejod but we can try al-burj 16 which is west city vs east with two flags bettwen.
maybe we can try bashra 64 at the end of rotation? as 32 seems to crash it aswell anyway..? (not sure about that one)

Check the maplist again, Kufrah 16 has been removed and replaced with Mestia 16  . Basrah 64 always crashes, and the 32 version crashes allot as well so that has been removed from the new rotation, for now anyways.

Sitting here in a hotel reading these forums really makes my mouth water for some PR action. I think I'm going to cry if I don't get some PR soon. I really am addicted to TG, TG's way, and PR. I haven't played Mestia 16 in a while, what's it like? I wouldn't mind playing Jabal 16 sometime (maybe second), I'd love Kashan 64 in the middle of rotation, then maybe wind down into some 32 player maps and top it off with some good ole' 16 player action. I'll write an ideal rotation when I have more time. Nighty Nite. lol

Ok heres my ideal rotation(lots of research done): - Mestia 16
- Quinling 32
- Kashan 32
- Ghost Train 64
- Road to Kyongan'Ni 64
- Jabal Al-Burg 64
- Kashan 64
- Qwai 64
- EJOD Desert 64
- Fools Road 64
- Operation Ghost Train 32
- Kashan 32 (might take long, theres only some many 32 player maps)
- Seven Gates 16 (absolute server killer saved for end)
Well took me about half hour to write this up. I would like to see this put in rotation for a week at least and monitor complaints in this thread. Also I want to see feedback from the TG regs. and ADMINS about how they think this will go and what might need to be changed. im quite aware of Seven Gates 16 at the end, no it was not a mistake. So please don't yell at me or minus my rep.

Its a perfect map. I dunno, who doesn't like Qwai?
Qwai is perfectly balanced and still allows for a variety of terrains and landscapes. The Chinese has armour, the US has TOWs. Its the best map ever. Maybe Mutrah v2 will change that. But, Qwai is a very nice map to play. In the previous rotation Qwai was at the end of the rotation and the server would crash and restart before I had a chance to play it.

Agreed, Qwai has it all... infantry, apc 's, tanks, tow jeeps, choppers, boats and above all it looks great. I wouldn't mind seeing it twice in rotation.
I did enjoy playing Qinling 32 though, definitely prefer it over 7 Gates and Kyongani, but then again, you can't please all of us  .

how about putting the insurgency game mode, archer as the last map in rotation and let the server restart itself after that? possible? oops already posted, anyways, worth taking a look at that.

Fighter, putting two long maps back-to-back is generally not the best choice, for example, you have Kashan 32 and Qinling 32 together, and later you have Kashan 64 and Qwai 64 together. Although it's nitpicky, I wouldn't have put Jabal after Kyongan'Ni because both maps are biased and if they are together like that, then the same team will have the advantage both rounds. Also, there's no need to artificially extend your maplist since the server often crashes before it completes the rotation, so I recommend taking out OGT 32, Seven Gates 16 (this map sucks), and one or both Kashan 32s. And one other thing, Qinling is a server killer (even the 32p version), so I wouldn't stick it right at the start of the rotation; people are already majorly sick of that map.
When making a maplist, you may want to check out my maplist making guide. Yes, it's meant to be entertaining, but it raises a number of valid points (if you're willing to read through it all).
Anyway, here's a maplist I made and would like to see implemented:
Jabal Al-Burj 16
Operation Ghost Train 64
Qwai River 64
Assault on Mestia 64
Ejod Desert 64
Jabal Al-Burj 64
Sunset City 64
Kashan Desert 64
Road to Kyongan'Ni 64

Yeah guys, it's quiet easy to get in a new map rotation after one gets kinda old. In fact, the new one is one that I made in 10 minutes time and with some review from others, sent to nardini who implemented it almost rightaway.
