Re: Life outside PR

I am currently going to a technical college, I have already earned my A+, Net+ and about 2 weeks away from a CCENT.
I love to shoot. I own a Mosin Nagant (yeah! just like the one in game only without the scope, oh and FYI, right now the g3 has the same recoil as the mosin does in real life! obviously not realistic but......)an SKS (again, just like in game) a hi point model 995, (it's cool, it's cheap and it works great!) a S&W .38 special ctg, a Mossberg 500 and of course, a .22 single shot bolt action rifle!

whoever doesn't have a .22 is a sick SOB.

I also enjoy a good game of golf (as long as you have a friend to club in the shins when he messes up your shot)

and the last fun thing to do is drive and work on my '82 El Camino. I don't know jack about the mechanics of cars but I have help

here is a picture. it isn't mine but it has the same color and is a very close year. mine doesn't have the shell and it isn't jacked up. mine actually has white wall striped tires. the previous owner swapped out the aging 305 V8 (in the SS package) for a 350 V8 so it hauls ass!

Re: Life outside PR

nice wheels...yea the only gun I own is a .22 rifle....wanting to get a pistol, but we'll see. My wife and I just bought...get ready for this...a 2008 Ford Focus. BEAT THAT! lol, she wanted it so she has the car while I have the bike. It's all good.

Yeah, serially, that's her. She didn't realize I was taking her photo then, when she happened to be standing in front of a bright, neutral backdrop.

Well, actually, I'm an interrogator/Korean linguist in the Army, and that's a Korean girl. She's a famous actress/model in Korea, named 전지현, typically called Jun Ji-hyun in english, or less typically called Jeon Jihyeon.

And yeah, she's my girlfriend now. Originally I was supposed to marry Marisa Tomei, but after she found out my fiancè had just died she was a little creeped out and wouldn't do it. :/

Oh well. Guess I'll play a little PR now!

Rrrright, she's 26 and you're 21, and like one of the most famous actresses of South Korea, and you just went on ahead and became her boyfriend? Sure thing! Seen My Sassy Girl and Daisy have you? Well we all want to date her, don't ruin our hopes by going on like that with the spontaneous studio shots and all Props for spelling her name in hangul, adds some credibility doesn't it? :P hehe. I'm not even sure PR is playable from South Korea with the massive latency that the geographic distance to everything is gonna bring, and lack of any PR scene (am I right)?

Lots of Korean linguists here, obviously ^^ hehe in the military or outside of it..

Re: Life outside PR

Right now my life sadly revolves mostly around school. Luckily I only have that two days a week but they still seem to give you enough crap to keep you busy. My girlfriend also keeps be quite busy as well as Kenpo Karate, in which I will be going for brown belt in August. That's what I do if i'm not playing on my computer.
Struggle to stay awake in class.
Hang out with my girlfriend.
Train with Mr Miyagi.
Computer.

What a life.

Grounded pilot r u the pilot and what do u do? Air Shows? nice vid though.

I feel kinda left out of the language deptartment as English is all I know...unless u count piglatin.

I work as a machinist (wire edm...google it). We make missile parts for the Navy (Sparrow missiles and cluster bomb parts). Pretty neat job.

This is a good thread too for new comers to get to know the fine people that make up Tactical Gamer. So if ur newblet or an old fogie, please post about urself. Keep it coming.

Re: Life outside PR

The one before you was Korean script. Yay, lots o' circles and squares! They all carry a phonetic meaning. The below one on the other hand, is Japanese. he just said he's not Japanese
By the way, back on topic, I have now started to return to the local Korean protestant church where I even sing bass in the s.a.t.b choir :P I'm kind of like Ted in Scrubs but I take it even beyond. And no, my gf is not from there

If he was lucky and had a Korean tongue/voicebox he might have been able to. Unfortunately the parts of him that are Korean are a hand and foot so he cannot speak Korean.
