There should be a rule that you can't use a microphone if you have a high pitched voice, it hurts my ears.

Re: This Has Gone A Little Too Far
Behind you on this one Fighter. Was there and saw it all. It was disgusting and think you were well within logic to what you thought best. I would do the same. One poopooer took your position and wanted all players to attack, leaving our only flag undefended (which we were being attacked on sporadically), for the sake of adrenaline and some kind of 'I know what's best'.
So take heart that people, like you, saw basically alot of spam from people and I guess we were all overwhelmed. An admin did come and was told. I'll write a small report for admins to look at it.
This behaviour was unacceptable and I feel sorry for you, since you were mature and played well. It was those chilidsh bullies that were out of order. I just came offline in PR and will write the report, though it will be in UK time I am sure admins will look into it.
Heads up. And as for talking about Fighters' voice etc etc, I think it is time to stop. Bullying from joking is a small sinister step and can do ALOT of damage for someone's LIFE.

you should read the rules and the primer........also if you don't know how to do so already, there is a function on microphones to turn down the volume.

In addition to what Randy said, this is a remark that could also be taken insultingly considering the substance of the topic, so tread lightly.
And Fighter: if its something that is really bothering you, as I can see that it seems to be, PLEASE give the admin staff as much information as you can on the subject. Doing the !reporting thing is great, and I'm glad to see that you're using it, but also try and find someone on teamspeak, and if possible (since this kind of thing isnt picked up in BFR files) get people to corroborate it. To have this happening to ANY member of the community with any kind of repeated frequency is disturbing.

Re: This Has Gone A Little Too Far
Ferris is right Fighter.
I'll try to follow Ferris and be candid and talk Life Stuff:
We can see you want to do the right thing. Ok, sometimes mistakes are made. Heck, I make a million of them. I'm no angel but I can tell a fellow human when they want to try to be good and do right.
But as a 38 year old, I know things can haunt us deep deep deep. I deal with it all the time in my job and with loved ones and friends.. even me. We are behind you on this one. You don't deserve this. Keep heart and faith in trying to do right; always do that, as I guess you will.
I think you do well in this community. We all want to fit in and so on; it's our nature. That or we push away. You did right highlighting it. I am glad. Just so's you know, I knew I was going to report this to Admins when I got offline.
I'll leave it there as I'm very angry at what happened to you today.
I have written a report.

There should be a rule that if you haven't read the primer or can't use your brain you shouldn't post, oh wait a minute, there is.
Seriously, its basically bullying this kind of thing and will not be tolerated by the admins or the community at large.

I have seen this happening in quite a few games, it often gets disregarded or missed
and its sad to say but some of regulars have this sort of disrespectful behaviour.
People come to PR and TG to have fun, and a good tactical experience.Players do not come to get verbaly bullied to the point where they dont want to play any more.
I do hope the people in question are dealt with properly as its a shame to see younger players getting upset and turned away from this community.

Re: This Has Gone A Little Too Far
I am locking this post.
Let me say this though!
Who cares if his voice is high pitched? I have known Fighter for about a year now and he is a pretty cool cat. He always follow's the SL orders, he does what he is told. What happened the other night is F'ing embarrassing...not only me, but the Tactical Gamer community. Making fun of somebody for something they can't control is sad. That is like making fun of somebody who is black, mexican, gay, ect. To those who participated in the "hazing", you all need to be ashamed of yourselves.
Won't you feel stupid if he comes back in 4 years ripped, ready to knock some heads in. This cyber-bullying needs to come to an end...NOW!!!!!
edit: If I hear about this again...Auto-Ban on ALL who is involved!

Re: This Has Gone A Little Too Far
Let me add this:
I will be reviewing the chat logs and those involved will be speaking with me in the Contact an Admin forum.
We have no tolerance for this kind of BS, and those who think they can get away with it are sadly mistaken.
