hi im Cotton926 im new to PR im coming from PoE2... i played for around 30 mins today because it took me 30 mins to get a spot on server :P wow. didint realy have to much fun since i dont get it yet :P but its not bad i died twice and i got 32 points but i have no idea why... i was just sitting at a flag :P

Well hi Cotton, I'm Drew, I'm new to these forums, but not PR, I found that during the learning curve, it wasn't to much fun.

But as soon as I learnt about everything (I'm still picking up tips from playing in game, everyone has their own little tip that helps, whether it be a sneaky way to attack a flag or something) I am having the most fun ever, Get in a good team-orientated squad (which isn't hard to find), I recommend Infantry squads, best fun ever.

Be willing to spend maybe 2 hours on a round (full server as well lol)

i have 2 separate issues i am having with voip, and i fear my only fix is a re-install.

issue #1: i rebound the key for push to talk, and it doent work...and no neither does the default (even tho i only rebound the secondary option)...any suggestions?

issue #2: i cant seem to check the mic boost option in the audio options menu. any suggestions for that one? is this a sound card issue? i have onboard realtek hd audio, rather than a separate card, tho i do have a OLD soundblaster card installed that i was using so i could connect an OLD flight stick, thats not USB. perhaps having 2 sets of hardware is screwing it up?

i guess re-installing wont be that bad...i still have the patch and the PR installer files. i just dont want to.

Does the mic work?
if it does try going in game, going to tab then click options or something and cliick the mic symbol next to your name you tried this right?.......

Hey Red, can't help you with your first issue but I too was hit by the accursed Realtek onboard sound. The internet gave me this solution, which worked like a charm:

Turns out that by default, the sound manager only gives your microphone a minimal volume, instructions to boost it worked fine.

assassin...yeah, i tried that. :P i reinstalled the game last night, and am able to bind a key for push to talk. now i just need to try the realtek solution that dodge posted. thanx folks.

I bought a Creative SB X-FI Xtreme Audio, and i cant get the Ultra high sound quality to work. Yes its plugged in right holes yes its updated and yes ive got all necessary drivers.
Dude at future shop said it doest support game mode.... but hes at futureshop... so eh.

I would like some help/feedback if possible. THx a lot.

xfi has two options for music or games, make sure you have set it to the right mode before playing

So ...I wanted to make an adjustment to my name in game...couldnt figure out how so I deleted it so that I can make a new account...that also wouldnt help so I got my old account back...now when i try to go into a server it kicks me straight to my desktop...can anybody help??

What resolution are you playing as?

It has to be 1024*768 or over. If its set to 800*600 the game will CTD.

Hello there,

First i wanna say that PR is a very nice and cool MOD.

But i have a problem with the server.
I cant get in the server, i get the message that ive been kicked by admin or for teamkilling or a succesfull vote. But im not even in on the game.

Why is that? Can somebody tell me??

Jep that's my problem. Im new so i just thought it isnt for me, but is was.

But sometimes he says there are 63 of the 64 players. AND i cant even load my map.
Its just when i dubble click i get right away the message you've been kicked.

But it's just because your server is full. Alright, then i know that for the next time ;-)
You got great people on the server, that's why i like playing on your server.
Keep it up.
