First off i think its pretty self explanatory that you need teamwork to win, i rather think this as kind of a guide, when we play with each other so you know this and that guy are ub3rz 1337 wit ze sn1p0r! and then you could assign kits to somebody you know that he'll do it right.

Squad Leader - 9.9 (mainly depends on how motivated the squad is.)
Rifleman - 8
Medic - 6
Engineer - 4
Automatic Rifleman - 6
Grenadier - 3 (was better pre 0.8)
Light AT - 10
Marksman - 8
Special Ops - 6
Heavy AT - 8
Sniper - 2
APC Crew
Driver - 6
Gunner - 8
Tank Crew
Driver - 7
Gunner - 9
AAV - 8
Transport Heli - 9
Attack Heli Crew

ATG(A10/Frogfoot) - 8 (no idea how the bombs work, laser guided missiles are fine..

For me, all fields are a 4 digit number beggining with 1 and ending with 7.

Well at first I didn't really think "skill" could be assigned a number, but I guess I mine as well give it a shot.....
Commander - 3 (I haven't really played commander... need more experience with tactics and SLing.)
Squad Leader - 6 (Done it a couple of times, usually the squad listens.)
Rifleman - 8
Medic - 7
Engineer - 7
Automatic Rifleman - 8
Grenadier - 7
Light AT - 9
Marksman - 7
Special Ops - 3
Heavy AT - 6
Sniper - 3
AA- 2 (Never seem to shoot at the right time.)
APC Crew
Driver - 6
Gunner - 9 (I communicate very well and very fast with calling out targets.)
Tank Crew
Driver - 5
Gunner - 9
AAV - 2 (Never had a chance to play with this.)
Transport Heli - 4 (I have never flown a vehicle in a real match.)
Attack Heli Crew (I want to give it a shot in a real game someday.)
Pilot - 4

Spotter - 3 (Tried it but it didn't seem to work.)

I fail to see the validity of a thread in which all you're doing is tooting your own horn. The true measure of a player isnt what he thinks of himself, but what his teammates think of him. You may think you're the best pilot that ever touched the game, but if everyone else thinks that you have great flying skills but extremely limited ability to provide good CAS, you probably wont rate too high.
In other words: enough of this "me me me" garbage.

Its a little silly to sit here and rate yourself on every aspect of the game. What we should be doing is giving constructive criticism to other players (Who want to know what people think about there Commanding/Sling abilities etc) not on specific abilities like UBeR1337HedShotz. But I have to say, Shoveling is something I can take pride in

Small secret, known to a few among the XV. I can't hit anyone with any weapon. Ever. I've missed a target sitting in the open at thirty metres who was afk, letting his squad mates kill me.
I tend to play spotter, driver, medic or auto-rifle.
