Dutch Forces

I have a few questions:

I know that there are various "Blah Forces" things being worked on for PR. What are these, and will all of them be included in Project Reality in the future?

My other question: What is that song? I know I've heard it somewhere..

EDIT: Is that like from Ghost Recon?

Re: Dutch Forces

The first part of the song is from Air Force One, when the General is being released:

edit: Actually it's apparently a song called "the Internationale," a communist anthem (although it sounds pretty different to me...)

Re: Dutch Forces

yea those are all community mod forces, aka being made by random people. At one point, assuming they all get done, they will be included. Believe that Israeli, Canadian, and Germans are pretty much close to completion.

Re: Dutch Forces

From what I've read, each seperate nation/force has a group working on it and will only be included if it meets the standards of the mod.

Re: Dutch Forces

Looking forward to French forces, the FAMAS is one of my personal favorites(mainly cause of it's look, but 900bpm is nice). Though I hope there will be Iraqi Police Forces in the future. Maybe as a class for the USMC?

Re: Dutch Forces

How are they going to fit in Peacekeepers. It's impossible to have three factions...

Re: Dutch Forces

Star, the song is from Ghost Recon Jungle Storm, I loved that game hah, old, great, classic. It's a song during the credits I believe.

Re: Dutch Forces

I follow the PR forums fairly close, especially the community mod sections, and it appears (from the outside at least) that the Dutch, German and Israeli forces are the closest to being considered acceptable.

Every proposed faction has talented, dedicated, and awesome people working on it though, so it's anybody's guess.

I've seen brief DEV mentions around about the differant forces, and I recall one saying that Canada was not a priority for .9 as of right now, but then again, they say that .9 outlines don't even exist yet. But they are about to bring us the joys of .866, so

Re: Dutch Forces

Apparently v0.9 may have a community faction in it, however I remember someone saying that for v1.0 the main focus will be finishing the rest of them.

Re: Dutch Forces

Archer was supposed to be the debut map for the Canadian Forces I believe, so that makes sense.
