plea to EA and DICE

as many of you are aware battle field 2 still has bug and various other problems that need fixing and still to this day havent been fixed. so i propose a submission to EA and DICE, simply submit a post declaring your support and any bugs/problems that you are aware of.

BattleField 2 Needs You!!!

secondly Bad Company 2 has been anounced for PS3,XBOX360 and PC now good news on the PC front however it will only sustain up to 24 players online per game now my second issue is that we want to see a game that is an improved version of BF2 with the same if even more players if you want to join this cause sumbit in a post your declaration to this cause aswell and remember BattleField Needs You!!!

Yours sinsierly Blade.3510

Re: plea to EA and DICE

Neither EA nor DICE will ever read this. Go to forums.ea.com and post somewhere in there or I suppose you could contact their support directly.

Vote with your feet. And your money. Don't waste more money on mass-marketed drivel.

Was just visiting VG Cats, and the current comic seems relevant. Language warning, though.

Re: plea to EA and DICE

They're going to make the game with a 24 player cap. It will probably be modded to have more but online petitions are the biggest waster of time. Like Scratchmonkey said, vote with your wallet, and don't buy it if it's not what you want to play. Frankly I loved BC on the XBox and that is probably where I will buy the sequel. But I didn't go into it expecting better than BF2 or 2142. Goldrush mode was awesome.

I know a lot of BF players don't like a science fiction environment, but if you do, go download this:

http://tribesnext.com/

It's free and very fun. And you'll see where BF stole a lot of its ideas from.

Tribes 2 (the sequel!) came out months before OFP.

Re: plea to EA and DICE

Sorry man, but petitioning EA is just about pointless. When it comes down to it, they are a money-making enterprise. It simply does not make sense for them to continue giving significant support for older games like BF2, considering further improvement of the game will not lead to an accompanying increase in sales.

Thyth is the guy working on the patch to Tribes 2. The AV is triggering on a "heuristic", which means the way the TN patch works is similar to the way some trojans behave, and the AV is trying to be paranoid. Normally I'd say that's a good thing, but I think I can trust this guy. Strictly a judgement call, so I won't fault you for being careful.
