I would've liked to fight closer to these squads as a single unit, but the map didn't help as I had to defend North, dispo had to defend South and Cougar had to deal with the tanks/apcs around the compound. fuzzhead at the end got the CAS working right and they got a few kills that were helpful to the troops on the ground.

Same night - great round of Kashan and kudos to db's squad and my squad for slogging out a hell of a fight in the bunkers.

Noo.. You misunderstand me. The reason I mentioned the fact that they have medics is because I was quoting a post where they said that Insurgency Skirmish was horrible. Mainly the reason for that is that the Insurgents loose tickets too quickly because they maintain the infinite-ticket mindset that exists in a normal insurgency round. That, and people are not very likely to play as a collaborator on a skirmish map.
On the other hand, with Taliban, you've got a combat medic with a gun that most people love, the Lee Enfield, which makes revives a lot more common and decreases the huge disadvantage that the Insurgents have on skirmish maps.

I haven't had a chance to play Taliban Skirmish, do they get a cache to request AT and grenadier kits?
______
I played on that Kashan round for a while in cougar's armor squad. Unfortunately I ended up getting kicked twice (second time a full crash) and called it a night before the round was over. Sorry for ditching out cougar, I resolved what caused the crash and will be more reliable next time I catch you in game.

no, the talibano's are unable to request kits........they must fight with what they spawn with, which, if you look at it, isn't such a bad deal.

Actually, there is a Taliban crate on the map we played that night. I remember picking up a LAT at one point.

I didn't see it - it must have been near our main spawn point on the other side of the river. Regardless, we won't see that map as a seeder again.

Re: Return of password night - Thursday, June 4th
Jabal Skirmish isn't that bad of a seeder, if a skirmish map is ever considered as a seeder in the future.

I wouldn't mind playing qwai skirmish, that is a pretty good skirmish map and balanced for both sides so no complaining can happen like there is now(well there won't be a reason for it).

Re: Return of password night - Thursday, June 4th
All skirmish maps have supply crates as kit request locations for both teams. Not really intended for 64 player games.

Well, it was only 20 v 20 by the end. It was about 15 v 15 throughout most of it...
