It is based off tickets, the thing about using squad score was a mistake. I've updated the quoted post to show the edited version.

Should be good with only one medic allowed, I would rate the best squad as the most balanced one but maybe all out rambo style would win in a blitzkrieg

If anything we could do it a variety of ways:

A mix and match of various IHS players

Players in (a) certain age bracket(s)

Different Regions

etc........

With the upcoming release of .86 there will only be 1 medic per sqd
