My list is going to be quite biased since I normally am designated the SL for the ? and the few other regulars that join my squad. However, I do play often and see reoccurring people doing well or I hear others say good things about people, so that's why I'm mentioning more than one person for each.
Infantry SL: Exakter, CrawlingEye, Nardini, Zedic, Portable.Cougar
Armour SL: Namebot, Paine, Sonic, WreckingCrew, T_Man
(I don't get in the air, nor do I notice it much.. at all.. but these are the people I have noticed from the ground or through team coordination)
Pilot: DiscoJedi, Chrisweb, xsoldier, Portable.Cougar
Shooter: Jaze89, A.Wickens
Sniper/Recon: nathanator, Alpha_s9 =P

I don't get to game much with many of the above referenced guys, but I hear good things about them.
These threads can be a little hard on the old ego. I had a little cry when I didn't see my name on anybody's list, but then again, I really don't know many of you and I may have just got something caught in my eye.
I do see many names up above that I would happily squad up with for no other reason than I enjoy playing with them, regardless of what they are good at, because they are always pretty good at whatever we end up doing.
