It's not wrong, that's not my point. You made a decision to change things as you felt you were underperforming, fair play to you mate. What I sort of object to is other people trying to make that decision for you, i.e saying you are not good enough to run tanks so they can take them for themselves.

I would rather the odd asset gets lost than have a group of players trying to dictate who can and can't use them. It appears to a lot of regulars that this is purely motivated by self interest, in fact it seems blatantly apparent. These self interested people may be superb at using the assets but no one is ever going to get any better without in game practice. Whilst that possibly applies less to Jets etc, it's not so critical when you 'crash' a tank lol.

Everybody should have the option to occasionally try these assets, in fact per our rules they do. If they continuously waste them we have a rule for that. Plus, who decides they are wasting them, everybody gets shot down or crashes due to lag sometimes yet I've seen people jump all over players simply because they have taken and lost the asset they want.

I don't generally use assets but I get annoyed when they get lost continuosly or get misued, unfortunately such is life, not much different to infantry squads that take the HAT kit etc yet have massively negative K/D's, costing us ticket loss. At first glance they are wasting tickets but perhaps they are defending a critical flag against overwhelming odds.

Much as we would all like to sometimes, we can't be 100% prescriptive about what people do when they play. If we were maybe somebody would start telling you what you can and can't do next time you log on, personally I feel that would be bad.
