You are a good SL and I admire you even stepping up to be one. One who steps up already has my respect. As far as how well, experience is always a must have. When your used to sitting back and obeying, making calls can be difficult. Having a commander lessens your stress but we don't always have one. You also do a good job as i have seen in your concept of being part of your squad and not just the person in front
