I will be running a basic squad leader course for TGU on 26th of september (Saturday), anyone looking to get into the SL spot of improve there skills are welcome.

Course Content:

1. Introduction

Introduction to becoming the squadleader. How to set up squads, naming etc. Common squad layouts, Light INF, Heavy INF, Mechanised, Sniper etc. Squad Discipline and Chain of command. Using markers and T commo rose.

2. Assaulting

Basic Tactics for attacking flags, Fire superiority, Flanking, formation or fireteams, calling in CAS, destruction of enemy assets Intra/inter-squad co-ordination, use of specialised kits.

3. Defending

Basic tactics for defending flags, placement of firebases and assets, forward observers, Intra/inter-squad co-ordination, use of specialised kits.

4. Live Exercise

Move onto the server for 5-10 minutes of squad leading per Student.

Dunno, I will try my best to join that - I really need some basics. All I can do is apply to the situiation super quick, but as soon as I have more then 2 guys "below" me I loose the overview.

I guess it will be mumbled? Or TSd?
