Re: Looking to join in a good squad

Ollie_fool is having a SL course on Saturday the 26th. I believe he has spots open. That way if you can't get in a good squad you can make one yourself!

LOL I also heard that its mandatory to have a tag to be a good SL

Seriously though you don't need to know the maps, just act confident; control your squads loadout, stragglers and give clear orders. Ive found announcing a few golden rules and saying you'll be kicked if you break them (like don't pick up a kit without asking)
there don't join a good squad make one yourself

Re: Looking to join in a good squad

personally when people join my squad I inform them of the following

Where we spawn, where we're going, what vehicles we're taking, what kits they're taking. Do NOT grab a custom kit unless you kill it and take it from the enemy. Keep a medic kit at all times. Inform them of what fire condition we're going in as well as who is on point (Riflemen or least valueble kit first) 50 meters infront of squad. Rest of squad 10 meter spacing with LMG bringing up the rear and Medic in middle with SL.

Usually tends to lead to good morale and a good game if everybody knows exactly what they should be doing from the loadout
