Is Qwai a synonym for Qinling?
Not trying to be rude to you soupy, but I wrote this about the planning stage on Qwai.
and no, in no way shape or form imho would be be cool to stand up on a boardroom table and urinate all over the place.

That might have been what was happening, but that still does not give players the right to jerk around. I agree with KOF, I too got my orders messed up due to players throwing grenades, etc and acting like retards.
If anyone had really read the password instead of reading it to type it in to join the server than maybe it would never have happened.
We are supposed to be mature gamers but for anyone being new to the server last night during the planning stage didn't show any of that.
I could understand if a new player was maybe messing around because he/she didn't know better but the fact that it was regulars both on the forums and in game shows the lack of respect in general.

I completely agree Randy. There will be a pick 'em night sometime sometime in the near future, if we get people spamming anything during that round prepare for a vacation...

Re: Tonight's Planning Stage on Qwai
The US side seemed pretty controlled on Qwai. Though there was confusion as to what was happening on Qinling, we did throw smoke, but thats it. We lost alot of tickets in the real round due to the special kit bug, but we only lost around 3 tickets because of disconnects during the planning stage.
Wasn' the best password night ever, aside from the planning stages it felt like a normal pub round on any server.

Ahh right sorry, im talking about quinling. The china planning stage on quinling was an absolute joke. As was the chain of command for the rest of the round.
Id just like to remind everyone that there is the !Reporting function.

Regardless of receiving orders or not, the behavior that was reported to the admins in inexcusable and will not be tolerated - period.

Good point, actually. Maybe we should have a little quiz that would give you the 'answer' of the password...
Even if it's really simple, like "What is Team + Work?" may be enough to just kind of jog that memory.
I'm really not sure if I'm serious about this.

Coming from the squad leader that refused to respond to his commander half the time.
We almost won in the first half hour, and would have done if a rover hadn't been camping outside our main waiting for the trans chopper to fly over.

Think you got your wires crossed there mate. I wasnt a squad leader on that round. Just a tank driver.
And its also fair game, even though annoying, to engage all aircraft once they leave the tarmac as far as i know.

I think you have confused a couple of base camping rules:
Quote:
|
Access directly out of the main may not be blocked or impeded by mines, c4, or other means.
|
and
Quote:
|
Aircraft returning to their main airfield may be engaged until they've landed.
|
Shooting them as they leave the tarmac is bad because you are keeping them from getting into the battle. The allowing of engagement until they landed is to allow a pursuing enemy to keep attacking until the last possible moment so people don't just return to base to hide.
