Thanks. There is an additional ribbon guy now who as more free time at the moment and is helping keep things moving in a timely manner. He just has to get used to talking in the 3rd person...

Just dont let it carry over. Once you get used to referring to yourself in the third person, its a tough act to let go. Ask Bob Dole about that one.
