I wondered why when I was playing on the Tacmod server all by myself it suddenly crashed... Must have been the PR mod being put on. I hate torrents, it is taking me forever.

That's a torrent file Rookie. By using a torrent program (like Bitlord) you will open that file and it will start your download. Torrent file is just a link.
