wasn't too sure where else to put this, so i'll set it here
why is 62 the cap, when contributors already remove the 62nd non-contributor automatically based on time in?
in short, why not 64?

Just a guess, but it is probably to get them onto the server where the script can automatically take over and adjust the player count.

The 63rd and 64th spots are need to allow someone to connect and the script kick in. If the two spots were full, then even SMs couldn't join the server. The kick script works as someone joins.

Hello.
I have read a post before regarding the steps and order of people to contact when a problem is unresolved. Such as contact any one admin and then I think a game officer etc. I have searched extensively for this post again and can't seem to find it. Would someone be kind enough to direct me to this if they are aware of what I am refering to?

I have already read all of the SOP's. I also read them again just now. The specific part that I have read in the past, I could not find. It had to do with the chain of command. Who to contact if you didn't get resolution to a problem. Such as if an Admin hadn't responded to your problem, you would contact the next person (I believe it was a Game Officer). It may have been in the Sticky: announcement-what-do-if-you-have-been-banned, but that seems to have been updated, so perhaps what I had read previously has been removed. I was trying to keep my issue (banned from PR server) out of the forums and follow the proper channels.

Hi all,
Somehow I got banned from the server. Just wondering if someone could straighten it out for me. I get the excessive tking/admin dec. reason???
Love the server and trying to make the effort to get on again.

bigstops - looks like you were most likely kicked to make room for a supporting member. That message you get indicating a ban is discussed under #3 of the original post in this thread. Just try to re-connect when the server population is below 62 and you should be fine to get on.

Heh thanks for posting this and Friend of mind and I were trying to get into your server and he made it and I got the "you been punted" message and I was like "wait I just got PR installed how could I have TKed on this server?" heh thanks looking forward to getting in and playing in the future

Hi,

I just wanted to say that I have been banned ? from the project reality server.

The message says

Im kicked because of excessive teamkilling or by vote.

But a kick doesnt last 2 days right?

I have played with two TG members and If I made a teamkill It was by accident and I prolly said sorry like always.

Is there something I can do to get back on the server, because the TG servers are great

Was gunna be a little upset because I used to play joint ops in international conflict with a couple TG members.

Was like whaaa. I know I got bad eye sight in RM but I'm not bad enough to be banned (thought it was a ban).

Play with you guys/gals when its not so full sometime. Cheers!

Hey guys,

I have been gone for almost a week and came back home. Well, I came back and wanted to jump in the server then I find out that I can't join it. It says I have been kicked for excessive team-killing. I got a confession out of my little brother. He's a little 15 yr old smart-ass. I want to apologize for his behaviour on your server. Him and some of his friends got on your server and got me banned. We only have one computer in the household which is the reason he was using my name

I'd appreciate it if y'all would unban me. I promise you will not get any of that behaviour. I like your server a lot and wish to play there. Again, I hope y'all are forgiving.

The only info I can give y'all is my name and email.
