Re: Training Mission: The Hunted

First "Hunted" match went off well enough and was a lot of fun. Like I told Apophis afterwards, it was actually tense running along, knowing he was out there gunning for us.
We've been sworn to secrecy regarding particulars (until everyone's had a chance to play,) but I can say that people got killed, just like we thought they would.... well, maybe not just like we thought.... You guys that still have to play, better polish up..

I second that and I was so thrilled when I got Apophis the 2nd round. I should have knifed him. Everyone sign up if you can. I played the 1st match for The Hunted and I'm reserve. So you have a high chance of playing. Can't give you too much details but, it's harder then you think.

Re: Training Mission: The Hunted

I'm hoping to have some videos put together after the rounds have been played. It wouldn't be quite fair to give away some tactics or hiding spots.

And for an update... Apo has been busy with RL lately so hopefully we'll be setting up some dates soon.

Re: Training Mission: The Hunted

Apophis has been on vacation this past week. We should be able to get this rolling again very soon.

I apologize for the length that this event has taken. I've learned some lessons when it comes to organizing multiple teams like this. The next event should hopefully run much smoother and quicker.

Re: Training Mission: The Hunted

Ok folks... this round of scenarios has been a learning experience trying to organize. Due to me breaking my fingers and barely able to make coherent posts in a timely manner along with the upcoming v0.6x PR release, I'm going to cancel this event.

But don't worry... after the new release is out, I plan to bring some new scenarios out that will hopefully be more manageable and easier to get matches going. I should hopefully be able to type much more faster in a few weeks.

I apologize to those who've signed up for this event. We'll get them running again soon and more efficiently.

Re: Training Mission: The Hunted

Sorry for your fingers; hope they heal well. I've got three broken hands amongst me, so I kinda know what you've got going on.

So anyway, how many groups actually got to play? Was it just ours in the Alpha group?
