And yeah, I have only played your server for an hour or two with all of the same people who were on it when I joined, and yet I got the boot for a supporter to. There might be a flaw in your system.

Either that or everyone quickly reconnected when I wasn't looking.
Remember there are a number of supporting members that don't have any form of TG tags and while it may look like there are more non sm's on, there could be more than meets the eye.

I'd like to point out that in BF1942 and BFV, this was actually true. Thankfully, this is not the case in BF2 or its kin.

Re: Kick for suporting member

ok here is the deal with the change of currency in venezuela, i know most of you dont even care or think this is a joke.

we cant buy dollars because the change is lock, why because some or most of the ppl dont like the president so lots of ppl start buying dolars just to hit the economy of the country (this was year 2001) 1 dolar = 600 bs (bs our currency) so the dolar go high to 2700 bs each dolar in that time, what was the decition of our president, lock the change, we cant deal with dolars in here he made a law saying in here you dont need dolars (some rents and services was in dolar in that time) so he lock the change, what happen later no one want to change BS (not even spain take BS for euros) why is that because if you cant change in dolar your currency is ****.

now we have dolars at 2150 bs each and you can buy in paper dolars at 3800 bs each dolar, now i can buy in the black market and what i will do with the paper, send it to you? if i get caugh i will be on jail so i like more the idea to stop joining the server than going jail.

if you dont belive this just make a little research and you will see.

I say in one of my post you can get a special credit card with 3000 us dollars for a period of 1 year (so if you spend this in 1 month you have to wait 1 year to buy more) but this credit cards go with a permision of the goberment and they dont give this credit cards to everyone, especially to someone who sign againt the president, i have almost 2 years without a job (for me this dont hurt me so much since i dont need more money because i have some) why is that just because i sign against our president.

I can bet in the web of paypal you can see cuba can buy dollars and most of the ppl know in cuba there is no way you can do nothing with the cuban currency, is the same here we cant even change to pesos (colombian currency country next to venezuela).

for the other guy who say we dont acept dollars i know that imposible, we have here PDVSA (oil company one of the bigest in the world) and that company just extract the oil from the ground and sell to anyone in dollars but thats the goberment not the ppl.

when you buy a copy of bf2 (ilegal off course, just the cd-key) for almost 100 dolars you will see we are in deep **** here, a 7800gtx in almost 800 dolars.

now you tell me how i can send you some money, like a clan mate tell me, buy gold and start trading gold with us, that will be easy to send dollars to USA.

Perro i am really glad you told that. Really is interesting and i doubt many knew that. I just wanna say we dont ever force anyone to pony up the cash for a Supporting membership. We are just glad you found TG and play. And trust me there are many other ways to contribute to TG then with money.

Hey perro... that doesn't sound like a fun situation. I actually never knew this was going on down there. Goes to show the sheltered world I live in. We're just trying to help you out.

We welcome you on our server anytime.

Hot damn, dude, that sucks. Even in Turkey when the exchange rate rose from 100000 TL per USD to 2000000 TL per USD in six months, they didn't make any effort to lock it.

Educational visa! Apply to a school in the USA. Take a few courses, make some money, maybe make some good contacts and find a job as a research assitant.

Re: Kick for suporting member

Oh, I was under the impression that educational relations are usually tolerated even when two countries are on otherwise bad political terms. Getting one of your citizens educated benfits the country regardless of the relations with the other state.

Anywho, in that case wow. Another thing I don't hear on the news in the USA. It'd be nice if I knew what countries my country was pissing off outside of the middle east.

How bout Canada?
