It's clear that not all of us can act like mature adults.

Tactical Gamer is made up by a large group of individuals with a diverse background. We may not all agree on what is offensive. We may not even realize what is being said/written is offensive. What we MUST know is how to act like mature adults and respect other people's views.

If a player takes offense by something another individual said, the first step should be to politely request that the language be kept in check. In some cases this could be a simple misunderstanding or lack of knowledge on a particular use of a word.

Should the offensive language not stop, the next step would be to contact an admin. We will take care of it from that point forward.

We take this topic very seriously. This is not something to mock and make fun of. We're not trying to stretch the bounds by which we have to control our tongues, but we do have to show respect.

This thread is being closed. Should anyone want to continue an mature educational discussion on the topic of offensive language, then PM me with your reasoning and I'll consider opening the thread.
