Do we need the update to play? Last time I've tried to play my game crashed. Anyways to update without the 1.4gig download?

Yes you'll need the update to play. Unfortunately you'll have to download the whole 1.4 gig update.

Do we have the "b" server files installed? It seems there were bugs in the "a" version of .605.

v0.605b is up and running.

Note that "b" is a server-side patch only. You'll still need to download the client for v0.605 if you haven't already.

i downloaded and installed v.605 but the tacticalgamer server is red and shows it running a map i dont have called "Project Reality Proving", got the same thing for the Devils brigade server

Is there a download for other maps ?

I pm-ed Ash about it. That map is a testing map with lots of vehicles in it, that isn't available in the client. I wish they'd add such a map though.

So thats why Im getting the error, you dont have the map in rotation. I just DLed the latest .06 beta and tired joining but got that error.... GRRRRRR

Thanks for the update and that sounds like my dream map

It has to be for download somewhere, someone put it up on a filehost and we can copy it to the maps directory or whatever

I bet Ash can get a hold of this sort of things from the devs, because I don't think they will ever put it in the client because it is so bit already.

*edit*Luckyshot was so kind to change the map on the server, it's up and running now.

The map-rotation needs changing. That map came up again. If someone can take the time for it, removing the map from rotation will stop the server from from emptying out.

Thanks to whoever gets his hands on the bf2cc for this.
