IIRC, theres a classic 0.5 style jihad car parked at the VCP along with a transport technical. (Just because most of those are statics it doesnt mean that you shouldnt check if all of them really are statics.)
Besides, you can still put a bunch of C4s on a regular non-spawn car and detonate it manually.

Sure but a civilian by himself cant blow up a tank, that'd defy the point of them.

The c4 still needs activating by an insurgent I think. The c4 graphic is a placeholder btw

You'd need an admin to say for definite, but I'd say that's a breach of server rules.

I was talking about the spawn penalty, not server penalty. Suicide bombings are a part of insurgency in the neck of the woods we are dealing with.

Since the jihad car came up --- I use bikes all the time for that.

Can I just smash into a tank and blow up or do i have to switch seats and detonate manually. Right now thats how i do it, but I think I once saw someone just fly into the side and explode.

I know that if you place c4 on an enemy vehicle and SOMEONE ELSE blows it -- you'll get TKs if anyone is in the blast radius. Does this mean c4 detonates automatically on the destruction of a vehic?

It does on bf2, probably the same for PR I guess. Proper plastic explosive doesnt explode like that (irl), Im not sure exactly what the insurgents are using. The detonator is supposed to be a mobile phone and the c4, an IED

In the SOPs, you can read the exceptions to the suicide rule.
