I think that's map design. Use the pilot training map, make your own map, or don't crash the damn things.

You can restart the map by typing «admin.restartmap» at the console prompt. also, sv.startdelay can be changed, to maybe 10 seconds. So you don't have to wait 90 seconds for the map to start. So you type: «sv.startdelay 10» then «admin.restartmap» Brand new helos! DB

Yeah, search for "Pilot Training" or "Pilot Treining" in the PR forums at http://www.realitymod.com/ (he misspelled it when he made it). It's pretty cool; PM me if you're lazy and want me to find another way of transferring the files.
